Aboard a Pirate Ship
Variation of "On a Ship at Sea" by ladysilverdoe.
I use it for a pen and paper rpg, during the game. This is the default (far from coast, no bad weather, crew is calm...) ambient sound. Everyone at the table feels like he is in the Caribbean Sea, chasing a Spanish Ship. There is even the Master Carpenter working in the distance sometimes. I throw some pirates songs on top of that, when the mood is there.
The rpg is called Pavillon Noir (black flag).
